Commercial real estate

The deal, the survey, and the income it pays you — in one place.

DaniBase holds your client's criteria, the property survey you send them, and the commission that survey turns into. Your broker sees the whole team's pipeline from the same record.

What DaniBase does

Built around a deal, not a contact list.

Generic CRMs make you file a commercial deal into fields meant for a rolodex. DaniBase starts from the object you actually work: the deal, and everything hanging off it.

Deal record

The client's ask, kept where the work happens

Requirements, decision timeline, financials, and every contact on the deal live on one record. Open it and you know where the deal stands without reading back through email.

Survey

Curated options your client can actually use

Build a set of properties under the deal and send it as an interactive view — side-by-side comparison plus a fly-around map with what's around each site. Update it and the client sees the current version.

Pipeline

Projected income, not just stage names

Every deal carries its economics, so your pipeline reads as dollars and timing. See what's likely to close this quarter and what it pays.

Team view

The broker sees the whole desk

Team leads get every agent's pipeline and projected income in one roll-up — no Friday spreadsheet, no chasing updates before a meeting.

Two seats, one record

What each person gets.

  • Deals with client criteria, contacts, and documents attached
  • Surveys built and sent in minutes, revised in place
  • Interactive client view: comparison table and map

  • Connected agent seats managed from your account

Founding beta

Get in while the roadmap is still open.

Founding members shape what gets built next and keep their founding terms for as long as they stay. Tell us about your desk and we'll follow up with access.

What a founding seat includes

  • Early access to the full product, not a trimmed trial
  • Setup done with you — your first deals loaded on a call
  • A standing line to the roadmap; your requests get built
  • Founding terms locked for as long as you're a customer

You'll hear back within one business day, from a person.

Rather see it first

Book a walkthrough.

Twenty minutes, screen shared, using a deal that looks like yours. Bring a live requirement and we'll build the survey on the call.

Good fits: industrial and land teams, tenant and landlord reps, and brokers running more than three agents.

Pick a time directly

Email or call and you'll get a time on the calendar the same day.

Before you ask

Straight answers.

Is this MLS-based?

No. DaniBase is built for commercial real estate. Property data comes from the sources you already use, and surveys are curated by you rather than pulled from a residential feed.

How much work is it to switch?

Setup happens on a call. You bring two or three live deals, we load them together, and you leave the call with a survey you can send that day.

Can I bring my team on later?

Yes. Start as a single agent and add connected seats when you're ready — the team pipeline roll-up turns on as soon as a broker seat is attached.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You export your deals, contacts, and surveys, and the account is deleted on request. Nothing is held hostage.

Who is building this?

A working commercial real estate professional in Austin, alongside a small team. The product is built from the inside of the job, not guessed at from outside it.

Careers

We're hiring.

An account executive who wants uncapped commission, and a paid product engineering internship for college students that teaches commercial real estate from the inside.
